THAheadline Highlight of the week goes to brothers, Sevan and Samaad Jordan. They are young, motivated and are on the rise to success!

When it comes to success, age is nothing but a number. Brothers, Sevan (12) and Samaad (14) are living proof that when you have supportive parents and your mind set on a goal, nothing can stand in your way.

Like most young men, Sevan Jordan is a lover of sports, video games, and Pokémon, but there is more to him than meets the eye. This young man is an author, musician, radio host and entrepreneur. At the tender age of 10 years old, he wrote and published his first book, 'The MR's Short Stories'. Now at the age of 12, Sevan has completed his second book, 'My Love for Words' filled with poetry from the mind of a 6th grader. He has recently relaunched his first book that can purchased online and is currently working on his third book. Sevan is CEO of his brand, 'Proud Nerd' and currently sells t-shirts for all the proud nerds and nerd lovers out there. His brand name is inspired by his love of learning new things. He also has his own radio show called, Proud Nerd Radio.

For all of the young writers out there seeking to publish their first book, Sevan shared some key advice that he wants you to know, "If it is really your desire, then you will put your heart into it instead of just sitting there, you would not just leave the book to rot. It will be your desire to do it and you will spend most of your time writing it."

If you are interested in purchasing a book, shirt and/or to listen to Sevan's radio show, visit his website.

As for the older brother, Samaad D. Jordan, he is starting high school in the fall. Like many young teens starting high school, he is finding his way through life. Samaad spends his time playing the guitar, running track, skateboarding, and modeling. With freshman year around the corner, he is dedicated to keeping his head in the books and his grades high.

What sets him apart from the rest is his mindset to not become easily deterred. While many teen boys are focused on the ladies, he spends his time focusing on his lifestyle brand, 'Fly Boi' which is an acronym for "Free- to- Love Yourself". 'Fly Boi' is a lifestyle brand of the things he loves and like little brother Sevan, he too has a t-shirt line for all ages. He has aspirations on expanding his brand with self-made watches, creating his own skateboards with his signature 'Fly Boi' logo on the back and last but not least, to become the best well-known guitarist. Samaad lives by the slogan, "Trust your Dopeness", which can be seen on many of his shirts. Supporters can purchase his shirts and much more at his website.

Samaad recently showcased his 'Fly Boi' apparel for the first time at an inner city youth fashion show presented by Rebuild Your Laugh Organization in Los Angeles, California. (Pictures can be seen below)

Sevan and Samaad are setting an impressive example that great ideas don't just knock on your door; you must pursue them. These young entrepreneurs are on the right track, and they are empowering youth to succeed one day at a time. Keep up the great work! We at THAheadline look forward to seeing what's next for the Jordan brothers.
